Lindsey Anderson’s research has been dedicated to the identification and characterization of novel, targeted and non-targeted, functional metabolic interactions using a high-throughput systems biology and computational biology approach. Her expertise in functional metabolism and multidisciplinary data integration stems from a research background in biochemistry, molecular/cellular biology, activity-based protein profiling (ABPP), proteomics, and multi-Omics data analysis (proteomic, metabolomic, lipidomic, and transcriptomic data) in a diverse set of biological systems. Lindsey's current research has focused around advancing high sensitivity omics data processing and dissemination, combining modern bioinformatic techniques with innovative analytical/computational tools optimized for high-throughput data integration, visualization, and biological interpretation.
