Clair Presents lungMAP Research to CNPN

Geremy Clair

Biomedical scientist Geremy Clair gave an invited talk last week at the Canadian National Proteomics Network. He presented on his lungMAP research, which includes analyses of tissue proteomics, cell sorted proteomics, and single cell proteomics, as well as their integration with lipidomics, metabolomics, and transcriptomics.

The intention, he said, is “to show how the current effort done at PNNL in small sample research and technology can help us better understand how an organ or disease works by examining it at a smaller scale.”
